Rock 'N Bowl at Oak Orchard Bowl - We are completing our fourth full year at Oak Orchard Lanes doing Saturday Rock N Bowl from 10pm to 12am. We play all your requests, play games and give away prizes. A family friendly atmosphere is provided by proprietors Randy and Renee Hanks. Full menu is available. NOFA Cheerzone - Yearly we provide sound for this Cheerleader Competition. Schools from all around Western New York participate in this annual throw-down.

NYS&L Open Jam - Every 2 weeks we sponsor an open jam for any musicians interested at Little Leapers. We provide all the equipment and even record. If you are a musician itching to play or network with other musicians, check it out.

SHADOW HOUSE - The now defunkt hard rock band's first effort in both the studio and on the internet. Their website was designed by NYSOUND AND LIGHTINGS facilities and we also recorded their demo.

Sessions with Thom Jennings - An ongoing recording project and collaberative effort, Thom is recording his originals in our studio using our selection of studio musicians.
